MMCF requests when recognizing this grant that your organization uses the “Supported by MMCF” logo and messaging. MMCF requests that organizations recognize the grant support in three (3) of the specific formats outlined below.

GRANT REPORTS
Within sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the project, your organization is to complete a Grant Report on the use of the grant funding to MMCF. Visit the Grant Report page to learn more and gain access to the online Grant Reporting portal that corresponds to the grant cycle you were awarded.
