• The Welcome Party is the official kick-off party of the Mammoth Invitational. Enjoy a complimentary signature cocktail provided to you as you enter and delicious food to keep you fueled for the dance floor.
• Our famous raffle with tons of amazing prizes - make sure to buy raffle tickets or you will go home empty handed.
  
  
• For Teams - your team can complete their check-in at this event and pick up your swag bags.
• For Teams - we will be drawing the participant starting order for the Dual Giant Slalom Race (Go, Baby, Go!) on Saturday.

• The Gala kicks off with a cocktail reception featuring an open bar, passed appetizers, and an interactive silent auction display.
• After a fabulous sit down dinner awaits you with a wonderful program featuring a live auction and our infamous "Cash for Kids" fundraiser.
• Close the night out on the dance floor with our band.
• Silent Auction - MMCF staff will be available to help you with getting registered for the Silent Auction and answer any questions you have.
  
  
• SHUTTLE - Village to Main Lodge
  We are providing a free shuttle from the Village to Main Lodge from 5:30pm to 11pm - the shuttle will run continuously during that time with about a 10 minute window.
