MAMMOTH HIGH SCHOOL - SKI + SNOWBOARD TEAM
Along with funding ski PE programs, MMCF is honored to provide financial support for many student athletes on the Mammoth High School Ski and Snowboard Team.
All of these students/athletes benefit from all of the programs MMCF sponsors at MUSD including free after-school tutoring, SAT Prep program, FLEX program, and more.
The MMCF Grants program has helped the team with expenses for the Western Regional High School Championships which included competition fees, race entries, coaching fees, lift tickets, and accommodations. Additionally, MMCF Grant funds have also been used to cover equipment and training supplies for the team; including slalom gates, race panels, and stubbies.
We caught up with the teams for one of their last races on February 16 on a beautiful but chilly race day. The athletes and coaches both had a blast, check out the photos below and in the MMCF Smug Mug album!

This is one of the best ski teams she has coached in terms of ability, dedication, and aggressiveness. The team has persevered despite this crazy season, cancellations, and adverse weather conditions. Big kudos to all the athletes!
