SPRING/SUMMER 2025 - GRANTS + SCHOLARSHIPS RECAP

Mission accomplished with the 2025 Spring/Summer Grants and Scholarships cycle!

MMCF had an incredible impact on our community, including Mono and Inyo Counties, touching the lives of youth who live along the Eastern Sierra Corridor and surrounding communities.   Because of generous giving from our donors we were able to provide opportunities that make dreams happen and give lasting impact in the lives of our youth.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

MMCF funded over $56,000 in educational grants giving funding to eleven programs throughout the Eastern Sierra.  These programs included:

  • STEM summer camps

  • troop camps

  • social/emotional programs

  • after-school tutoring and after-school programs

  • music programs including music trips and musical instruments

  • Museum of Tolerance 8th grade trip

  • Nature Quest

ATHLETIC PROGRAMS

MMCF also funded over $43,000 to nine athletic programs. The programs we funded included school-based athletic teams and community-based athletic teams with a wide variety of needs from travel funds to equipment needs to uniforms to basic operating costs.

SENIOR COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIPS

Each year MMCF participates in Senior Community Scholarships, a program put on by Mammoth High School where various entities in our community award deserving seniors from Mammoth High School with funds that go directly to their postsecondary education.  This year we awarded 22 outstanding seniors a scholarship with funds totaling $20,000.

A huge thank you to our donors and MMCF family who have passionately supported youth programming throughout the Eastern Sierra, making a difference for countless youth in our community with opportunities to acquire experience, expand knowledge, and cultivate personal growth.

This would not be possible without you!
